Haven't received a confirmation email yet, is that right?
You will receive a confirmation email at the email address you systematically provided as soon as you place an order. It's possible that you entered an incorrect email address, or that the confirmation email ended up in your spam folder. If you still can't find the email, please feel free to contact us.

Can I still modify or cancel my order after placing it?
If your order has not yet been packed, we can still cancel it. Once your package is being processed, this cannot be reversed as an automatic process begins to prepare your package for shipment as quickly as possible. Because your order is then already in an advanced stage of the shipping process, it is not possible to change or cancel it. If you wish to receive a different item, we advise you to place a new order or contact our customer service.

Can I still change the delivery address after placing my order? If you wish to change your delivery address, please contact us as soon as possible. As long as your package has not yet been packed, we can still adjust the delivery address. If your package has already been packed, a change is unfortunately no longer possible.

I would like to pick up my order for free in the store instead of having it shipped, is this possible?
Certainly, when checking out your order, you can choose to pick up your order for free in our store. Provided that the payment has been fully completed. Always check our opening hours before you come, so you can be sure that we are open.

Can I return my package?
If you have received your package and the products are in original condition (unworn and with tag attached), you can return your order within 14 days. For more information on returns, please refer to our return policy page!

What is the best way to contact customer service?
Questions are processed fastest via Instagram DM. However, for order processing, we ask you to email bydaniekfashion@gmail.com .

When will an item be back in stock?
If you want to know if your favorite product will be back in stock, you can always send us a message via our Socials or email! Always mention the name of the item and the size.

What is the delivery time for my order?
We aim to ship your order within 1-2 business days, with exceptions for holidays or pre-orders.

How did ByDaniek come about?

My name is Daniek Hettema, I am 21 years old and the founder of By Daniek together with my mother Anita Hettema.

In November 2023, what started as a small idea, without clear plans — but with a great passion for fashion.
By Daniek quickly grew into something much bigger. In March 2024, we opened our first physical store in Bathmen, where we lovingly stayed for a year.
We soon noticed that By Daniek kept growing — and that called for a next step. Since February 2025, we have been located in Deventer, on Broederenstraat, where we have proudly further expanded our store.
Together, we carefully curate our collections. At By Daniek, you'll find fashion, accessories, and jewelry for a wide target audience — from young adults to older — always focusing on style, quality, and wearability.
A good price-quality ratio is very important to us. We ensure that our items remain affordable, so you can treat yourself — or someone else — a little more often.
