My name is Daniek Hettema, I am 21 years old and the founder of By Daniek together with my mother Anita Hettema.

In November 2023, what started as a small idea, without clear plans — but with a great passion for fashion.

By Daniek quickly grew into something much bigger. In March 2024, we opened our first physical store in Bathmen, where we spent a year with a lot of love.

We soon noticed that By Daniek continued to grow — and that required a next step. Since February 2025, we have been located in Deventer, on Broederenstraat, where we have proudly expanded our store.

Together, we carefully curate our collections. At By Daniek, you will find fashion, accessories, and jewelry for a wide target group — from young adults to older — where we always look at style, quality, and wearability.

We find a good price-quality ratio very important. We ensure that our items remain affordable, so you can treat yourself — or someone else — a little more often.
