🔁 Returns

You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason. The costs for returning the item are at your own expense. We recommend sending your return with track & trace. We are not liable for returns that do not arrive or are lost during the return process without proof of shipment. Of course, we are happy to work with you to find a suitable solution.

📦 Returns: how does it work?

Check if your return falls within 14 days of receipt and meets our return conditions. Preferably pack the return in its original packaging and purchase a shipping label via DHL, PostNL or another carrier. You can choose a label or QR code (no printer needed).

• Always choose 'home delivery' as the delivery option
• Returns must be sent to the location address and not to a service point

We do our best to process your return as quickly as possible. After receiving your return, the purchase amount, including standard shipping, will be refunded within 14 days via the original payment method.

📌 Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:

• You can return your order within 14 days. Beyond this period, we cannot accept a return.
• Items must be in original condition: unworn, unwashed, odorless, without stains or damage, and with original labels and packaging.
• We reserve the right to limit returns or charge a depreciation fee if the product has been used or damaged.
• Earrings cannot be returned or exchanged for hygienic reasons.
• Returns must be sent back (if reasonably possible) in their original packaging.
• Discounted items may be returned unless stated otherwise during a promotion.

🛠️ Warranty

We do not provide a warranty. Damage caused by washing or not following the washing label is not covered by the warranty. Washing problems are at your own risk.

Pilling (fluff) on fabrics such as wool, acrylic, viscose, and polyester is not covered by the warranty.
Also, detached details such as buttons, studs, glitter, sequins, stones, and pearls are not covered by the warranty.

Damage due to use (such as pressure, impact, water, perfume, or other chemicals), discoloration, and wear and tear are not covered by the warranty.

For jewelry, discoloration and wear and tear can occur due to use and external influences. Contact with perfume, cosmetics, sweat, and other chemicals can affect the material. Discoloration, wear and tear, and other signs of use are therefore not covered by the warranty.

We ask you to report any damage or manufacturing defects upon purchase, as soon as possible after discovery, via bydaniekfashion@gmail.com. Include clear photos of the issue.

If a return is rejected and you wish to receive the item back, you will have to pay the shipping costs yourself.

If an order is placed with an incomplete or incorrect address and you want to receive it, we will be forced to charge the shipping costs again.

💳 Processing returns and refunds

For regular items:
We may wait to refund until we have received the product. As soon as we have checked the product and it meets the return conditions, we will process the refund within 14 days. You will receive the purchase amount (including standard shipping costs) back via the same payment method you used for the purchase.

For sale items:
Sale items can be returned. You will receive the purchase amount (including standard shipping costs) back via the same payment method you used for the purchase within 14 days of receipt, provided everything meets the return conditions.
